After picking up M.C.B. in Denver, we headed towards Yellowstone. Stopped at the Jim Moss Arena and Campground the first night. It was a beautiful evening, but the colorful sunset was a mixed blessing due to the recent forest fires.
C and M.C.B made a lovely dinner, shrimp and gnocchi with sautéed spinach and cherry tomatoes in a cream sauce.
The next night, we stayed at the Yellowstone Valley Inn & RV Park. I don’t understand why I didn’t get a picture there. It must have been something to do with arriving early enough that they could make a quick trip into Yellowstone and then needing to get going early the next day.
