Not a lot of exciting pictures or events for the next few weeks. We parked at Fay’s RV Park, in a small campground hidden away in Holiday, Florida. We enjoyed a few walks around the Anclote River Park and dinners at Miss Vicki’s on the River where we met Queen, the resident cat. Residents in the area sure were excited about New Years and celebrating with fireworks for more than just New Year’s Eve. Would definitely like to go back in the non-covid era to explore the Greek neighborhood of Tarpon Springs.
The next week, we moved to Orlando for a week to check C’s sister and family into a condo while R moved back into the dorm at the University of Central Florida. J found Magnolia Park, neat little county park with resident peacocks. C was surprised to get a senior discount off of the already reasonable rates.
Spent a few nights boondocking in the condo parking lot, that went pretty well.
